Co-Operative Championship One leaders Dewsbury survived a late fightback at York to win 24-18.

Chris Spurr, Liam Finn, Austin Buchanan and Andrew Bostock all crossed in the opening 47 minutes for the visitors, who only went on to muster a further field goal in the remainder of the match.

York, who saw Adam Sullivan score an early try, then hit back through Tom Haberecht and Danny Ratcliffe but they came up agonisingly short.
