Wakefield bring in Moore

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have signed Batley Bulldogs scrum half Gareth Moore on a two-year contract.
The 21-year-old Moore, who began his career at Leeds Rhinos’ academy, is the Wildcats’ third signing in as many weeks following the capture of prop forwards Liam Higgins and Jarrad Hickey.
Wakefield chief executive James Elston said: “Gareth is an exciting young prospect who will add creativity and strength in depth to our current squad.”
Moore, who has also played for Halifax RLFC and York City Knights, said: “I’m really excited about my new opportunity here at Wakefield. I’m looking forward to working full-time and proving myself at Super League level.”
