Rugby League 9s continues tonight

The exciting new Rugby League 9s competition continues tonight with festivals being held in Bradford, Hull, Wrexham and Warrington

The exciting new Rugby League 9s competition continues tonight with festivals being held in Bradford, Hull, Wrexham and Warrington.


The Grattan Stadium Odsal will host Bradford Bulls, Halifax RLFC, Castleford Tigers and Featherstone Rovers playing in a round robin format from 7.30pm.


The Bulls have named Dave Halley, Paul Sykes, Vinny Finigan, Kyle Briggs, Cain Southernwood and Adam O'Brien in a strong squad and admission for festival is £6 for adults and £3 for children.


The Hull FC Holland’s 9’s competition is taking place at Brantingham Park with the first game underway at 6:30pm (Gates open at 5:30pm)


The Black and Whites will be going head to head with rivals Hull KR, Wakefield Wildcats and Leeds Rhinos.


As well as the rugby league action, a host of other activities are planned including FREE pies for everyone from event sponsor Holland’s Pies.


The Hull FC first-team squad will be in attendance and will be hosting a special VIP area for Black and Whites season pass holders who can attend the event for FREE.


Standard entry fees apply to non-season pass holders with adults charged at £5 and children at £1.


Warrington Wolves’ Halliwell Jones Stadium hosts Huddersfield Giants, Cumbria and Widnes Vikings and the action kicks off at 7.30pm with Warrington Wolves taking on Giants.


The Wolves' other fixtures on the night kick-off at 8.40pm and 9.30pm against Cumbria and local rivals Widnes Vikings.


Supporters can enjoy the event for just £5 for adults and £2 juniors in the seated North Stand (seats are unreserved). A Family ticket for 2 Adults and 2 Children is also available for just £10, if purchased before the event.


Tickets can be pre-purchased from WolfWare, on 0871 622 1879 and at WolfWare Online. Cash and tickets will be taken on the turnstiles.


The final festival of the evening features St Helens, Wigan, British Police and Salford competing at the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham.


The evening kicks off with British Police v Salford at 7.30pm and spectators can pay on the gate. The admission charge is £5 for adults and £3 for concessions. Kids can go free with a paying adult.
