Hull based community Rugby League club Cottingham Tigers are hosting a Masters tournament this Sunday May 8 from 11am onwards.

A number of teams are confirmed but any players that are 35+ are encouraged to turn up if they want a game regardless if they are in a team.

In Masters Rugby League players wear different coloured shorts depending on their age which determines the level of contact they are involved in.

Chris Charles, League For All Officer for Hull said: “I’m looking forward to the event which will bring together players and friends from the game in Hull.

“Hull has been a hotbed of Rugby League for many years and this is a great way for people to meet up dust off the old boots and share stories from the past.
