A Schools Tag Festival, organised by Dons in the Community, was held on Wednesday 20th October at Thornensians RU.  

90 Pupils took part from all the Primary Schools in Thorne and Moorends after receiving 6 weeks of coaching by Martin Rowlands, Community Coach. 

The Festival was was well received by all Teachers and Parents and was generously sponsored by Southend Fisheries of Thorne. Pictured here are pupils from King Edward Primary School.  The eventual winners were Brooke Primary of Thorne.
