Eagles in 12-try cup rout
Sheffield Eagles ran in 12 tries as they demolished Championship One club London Skolars 70-28 in the fourth round of the Tetley's Challenge Cup at Owlerton Stadium.
Forward Jack Blagbrough, who is on a season-long loan from Huddersfield, led the way with a hat-trick of tries as Sheffield, who won the Cup at Wembley in 1998, booked their place in Sunday's fifth-round draw.
Quentin Laulu-Togagae scored two tries for the Eagles and others came from Michael Knowles , Misi Taulapapa, James Davey, Loto Tagaloa , Jordan Burke, Pat Walker and Matt Garside, while Dom Brambani kicked 11 conversions.
Martyn Smith scored two second-half tries for the Skolars, with others coming from Courtney Davies, Louis Robinson and Lloyd O'Connor , with Matthew Bradley kicking four goals.
