Rovers stay perfect

Featherstone continued their 100 percent start to the Kingstone Press Championship season with a 58-12 mauling of winless Barrow.

Rovers, who led 46-0 at half-time in a one-sided encounter, saw 10 different players cross for tries as they made it three wins from three at the start of the new campaign.

Liam Finn collected one of those tries while he also added eight goals for a personal haul of 20 points.

Anthony England, Ben Kaye, Matt James, Ian Hardman, Andy Kain, Matty Dale, Tommy Saxton, Tom Hodson and James Lockwood also crossed over with England kicking the other goal.

Sean Casey scored two tries for Barrow with Daniel Toal converting both.
