Sheffield Eagles 13-6 Batley Bulldogs

Eagles flying high
Sheffield Eagles moved to the top of the fledgling Championship table with a 13-6 win over Batley Bulldogs at Don Valley.
Quentin Lauulu-Togagae and Tom Armstrong both scored tries for the south Yorkshire side while Pat Walker was on target three times with the boot, kicking two goals and one drop goal.
Jason Walton went over for the Bulldogs with Tom Hemingway stroking over the conversion.
The result leaves the Eagles at the top of the table with four points from two games with their opponents dropping to second.
