Oxford RL ranks grew again today with confirmation of two new players, centre Andy McGrory has been signed from Coventry and has represented Ireland, Ireland A and Warwickshire Rugby Union in his playing career so far.

"Andy has represented Ireland A where he played as a winger but has been recently converted into a centre whilst playing for Coventry this year. He is a big strong ball carrier who will be a fantastic addition to the squad for this season" said a delighted Tony Benson.

The second player to join the club is Michael Crabtree who can play either on the wing or in the full back position and has been signed from Oxford Brookes University.

He has also represented Esher RFC and Elmbridge Eagles  RL" Michael really impressed me at the trials, he is someone who has a lot of pace and is very strong", said coach Tony Benson.

Michael was equally thrilled to be a part of the club and said "I am very excited to be a part of the journey, it's my first professional contract, and I am delighted to be given a chance by Tony and Tevita, I am going to play the best that I can so I can be a regular in the team"
