Hunslet Hawks have launched details of their innovative season ticket pricing structure which rewards the club’s loyal supporters and represents some of the best value in Championship Rugby League.

Following consultation with fans, prices for 2013 have dropped compared to 2012 and the Hawks director Gareth Evans is hoping for a strong take up next season.

Evans said: “We feel the season ticket price for 2013 is a great offer and is really competitive when you look at prices across the Championship.

“The matchday pricing strategy is a new innovative idea and we hope that the new category structure will help attract both new and old supporters to the South Leeds Stadium in 2013.

“We have taken the step to decrease match day prices for nine of our home league fixtures (Category B & C) for both adults and concessions. We believe that we will be the only Championship club to actually drop matchday prices in 2013.

“The new category structure allows us to maximise our match day revenue but still gives something back to our loyal supporters, who without their support we would not be here.

“By reducing match day prices in the current financial climate it is once again testament to the fact that we have listened to our supporter’s opinions and have acted accordingly."

The club are delighted to announce our season ticket and matchday ticket prices for 2013.

Season tickets prices for 2013 will be:

Adult: £140
Concession / Student: £70
Under 16s: £25

Evans added: “The increase in price for both the adult and concession ticket is based on an additional three home league games in 2013.

“We believe that the price remains great value for money at less than £11 per game across the season. All season tickets will again contain four ‘Bring a mate for a Tenner’ vouchers.

“Students will be able to purchase a concession season or matchday ticket on production of a valid student card.”
The club are also delighted to announce a new matchday pricing structure for 2013.

The new exciting initiative will see the club for the first time implement three pricing categories for matchday admission during the 2013 season - A, B and C.

The club has split all Home league fixtures for 2013 in to A, B & C categories:

Category A: Featherstone Rovers, Halifax RLFC, Leigh Centurions, York City Knights

Category B: Batley Bulldogs, Dewsbury Rams, Keighley Cougars, Swinton Lions

Category C: Barrow Raiders, Doncaster RLFC, Whitehaven RLFC, Workington Town, Sheffield Eagles

Below is a breakdown of the matchday price for each category:

Category A: Adults £16, Concession £8, Junior £3

Category B: Adults £14, Concession £7, Junior £3

Category C: Adults £12, Concession £6, Junior £3

Please Note: Friendlies, Northern Rail Cup and Challenge Cup match day prices will be confirmed by the club prior to the game in question.
