Sides ready for Harry Jepson Final

London Skolars and Northampton Demons are busy finalising their preparations ahead of Sunday’s Harry Jepson Trophy Final at Pennine Way, Hemel (kick off 2.00pm).
The sides booked their place in the showpiece final last weekend with the Skolars cruising past Gloucestershire Warriors 46-22 and the Demons getting the better of Edinburgh Eagles 34-12.
Both will be desperate to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winners Parkside Hawks and a great game is expected.
Neither side has lifted the trophy before, however Northampton will look to use their experience of winning the RLC Regional Final back in 2010.
The Skolars have produced some great rugby this season as they finished top of the South East Premier Division, whilst the Demons were also the dominant force in the Midlands with both just tasting defeat once in the league this season.
