Egremont Rangers and Leigh Miners Rangers will meet in the inaugural Conference Challenge Trophy Final later this month.

The Cumbrians – who are also targeting promotion to the Premier Division – stunned top flight side Wigan St Patricks 26-10 to book their trip to Cheshire, whilst Leigh battled their way past Bradford Dudley Hill 19-6.

The final will be played at the Halliwell Jones Stadium as part of the Co-operative Championships Finals Day on Sunday September 30 and will be televised on Premier Sports (SKY channel 428).
