Crusaders claim comfortable Skolars victory

North Wales Crusaders cruised to a comfortable 40-22 victory over their Co-operative Championship 1 rivals London Skolars at the Racecourse Ground on Sunday.

The Crusaders ran in seven tries to the Skolars' four, with Leon Brennan, Jonny Walker, Rob Massam, Lewis Weever, Andrew Moulsdale, Jono Smith and Adam Clay touching down for the hosts.

Tommy Johnson was clinical with the boot, slotting home six goals to ensure his side picked up their seventh league victory of the season.

The Skolars hit back with two tries from James Anthony, while Joe Price and Lamont Bryan also crossed the whitewash for the visitors.

Dylan Skee added three goals to make the scoreboard look respectable for the Skolars.
