Batley Bulldogs 62-6 Swinton Lions

Bulldogs tame Lions
Half-back Gareth Moore scored 26 points with two tries and nine goals to help Batley to a comprehensive 62-6 victory over Swinton in the Co-operative Championship.
Liam Walmsley, who made his debut alongside brother Alex, was also among the tryscorers as John Kear's Bulldogs avenged their surprise defeat at Swinton earlier this season.
Former Warrington winger Kevin Penny's early try, converted by Ian Mort, had enabled the Lions to draw level at 6-6 but the home side led 28-6 at half-time and it was largely one-way traffic after the break.
