St Helens have extended the contracts of two of their academy players.

Centre Jamie Jones, who has made eight first-team appearances this season, has signed up on a three-year contract, while prop Carl Foster has penned a two-year deal.

"They now need to continue their development and keep their feet on the ground," acting head coach Mike Rush said.

"If they do that there's no doubt they can have big futures in the game."
