New blow for Bradford

Bradford Bulls’ injury problems worsened today when it was revealed winger Elliot Kear has a broken bone in his wrist.
The Welsh international broke his scaphoid in Saturday’s 23-10 Stobart Super League defeat by Warrington Wolves and will be out for two months, the Bulls announced today.
It follows confirmation that Kear’s fellow Welshman, prop forward Craig Kopczak, will be sidelined for between six and eight weeks with a badly-broken finger sustained in the same match.
They join Olivier Elima, Ian Sibbit, James Donaldson, Chev Walker and Luke Gale on the club’s injury list just five weeks into the season.
Bulls football manager Stuart Duffy said: “Coming on the back of the injuries to Luke Gale and Craig Kopczak, this is a further blow to our squad but we have other options in his position and will have to cope without Elliot for the time being.”
