Blake boost for the Robins

Hull KR have received a boost with the news that Blake Green could make a return to action by the end of April.
The stand-off was ruled out of the start of the Robins’ Super League season having developed a blood clot in his calf. However, a scan has shown that the clot has now disappeared and Rovers’ Head Coach, Craig Sandercock, is looking forward to Green’s return.
“Blake is responding very well to treatment and his blood clot has now resolved,” he said.
“He’ll continue with his anticoagulant therapy for the next few weeks and providing he continues to respond as he has thus far, and the haematologist gives him the all clear, we anticipate Blake will be available for approximately round 12.”
