Do you want to be a match official?

There are still a number of places left on the match officials course taking place at Barking and Dagenham Bulldogs on Saturday February 25.
The match officials foundation course is the entry level award for anyone thinking about getting into officiating. It is also a great way for any spectators, coaches, players and administrators to enhance their understanding of the laws of the game and the role of the match officials.
The course will take place at Barking & Dagenham Bulldogs, Redcroft Fire Kennel, Leys Park Pavillion, Ballards Road, Dagenham, RM10 9TX (10am – 4pm). The cost of the course is only £25 and only £12.50 for juniors.
With the start of the 2012 Rugby League season just round the corner it is a great time to become an official and once the course is passed opportunities are available to officiate across the region from the following week.
If anyone is interested in coming along to the course they are urged to contact Danny McNeice on 07775 022800 or danny.mcneice@rfl.uk.com as soon as possible to ensure a place can be secured.
