Harlequins RL have handed a two-year contract to local youngster Kieran Dixon.

The 18-year-old full-back has impressed with the under-20s this season and, although he has yet to make a first-team appearance, great things are predicted for the Hemel teenager.

“I haven’t seen a more exciting player in the under-20s this year,” said Harlequins coach Rob Powell. “I’ve lost track of how many length-of-the-field tries I’ve seen or been told about him scoring.”
