London Skolars 16-23 Doncaster

Doncaster recorded their second narrow win in three days with a 23-16 triumph over London Skolars in a niggling match that was always close to boiling over.
After 25 minutes Luke Gale intercepted a Michael Chan pass and ran 45 metres for the opening score.
Three minutes later another Gale break lead to Shawn Leaf touching down in the left corner.
On the stroke of half-time Skolars' Dave Ellison was sin binned for a late hit on a Kyle Wood and Gale kicked the penalty.
Two minutes into the second half Doncaster went further ahead when Wood went over and they were almost out of sight after 50 minutes when Wayne Reittie got a fourth try for the visitors.
Within a minute or two Skolars skipper Paul Thorman was sin binned for dissent but London scored almost immediately through Wayne Kerr.
Moments after Thorman returned he helped to set up Ellison for a fabulous London try.
And when Joe Brown went over with two minutes to play, London had dreams of pulling a miraculous victory but a last second drop goal from Wood ensured the points were Doncaster's.
