Hodson bags brace on debut
Tom Hodson celebrated his debut for Featherstone with two first-half tries as the title favourites began their Championship campaign with a 36-6 home win over Leigh.
Kyle Briggs and Andy Ellis also touched down before the break to give Rovers a commanding 22-0 lead.
Andy Kain added two more in the second half, with Martyn Ridyard grabbing a consolation effort for the visitors.
