Training Volunteers

Training

When people join your club they will all bring with them a variety of different skills and abilities.

Whilst they are volunteering within your club it is always an advantage to offer them some kind of training which will help them in the role they are fulfilling and this may also help them in their own personal development.

Offering training can be used as a recruitment tool - some people will be looking for career development and the training and development opportunities volunteering can provide may just fit the bill!
