This can help to ensure that volunteers understand what is expected of them.
It also outlines the support that volunteers can expect to be provided by the club.
To assist the club in this process we have created role profiles for the Community Game.
These cover the main purpose of the role, duties and responsibilities, essential behaviours and skills, desirable knowledge and experience and any mandatory training required to undertake the role.
