Kelly Barrett – Community Game Services Manager

  • Manage Rugby League Services this includes maintaining an effective and appropriate service provision for all the constituent members of the Community Board
  • Oversee the strategic activities of the Regional Youth Volunteer Coordinators
  • Manage the National Volunteer Strategy including systems for the effective recruitment, retention, development and recognition of volunteers


Richard Donlon – Community Game Visibility and Profile Manager

  • Responsible for increasing the Visibility and Profile of the Community Game
  • Lead for the Try It campaign working with the Marketing and Media Departments
  • Monitors and evaluates the content delivered through the Community game website suite which includes the Community Game website, Try It, Club Finder, League Management systems
  • Responsible for the Resource Strategy for the Community Game


James Shuttleworth - National Youth Volunteer Manager

  • Oversees the Youth element of the Volunteer Strategy
  • Manages the "V" Programme


Tom Hoyle – Community Game Media and Communications Officer

  • Co-ordinates and writes copy, stories, articles, for dissemination across a range of media
  • Responsible for the compilation and production of the Rugby League Bulletin


Rachel Doran – Community Game Services Office Manager (Part-Time – Tues-Thurs)

  • Line manager for all the Administrative Assistants
  • Manages and Coordinates all arrangements for the Community Game events
  • Community Game Insurance
  • International Tour Co-ordination
  • Administrative Support for the RLS Manager


Carol Savage – Club and League Support Officer

  • Clubmark/Leaguemark Administration
  • Monitors and Evaluates the Club Survey
  • League/Club Partnership Programme
  • Research and evaluates Community Game Resources


Bob Smithies - Match Officials Appointment Officer

  • Appointments service for Leagues
  • Supports the Regional Leagues' Appointment Officers
  • Provides a co-ordination of appointments across the Community Game to ensure that all games are officiated by a suitably qualified match official National Conference League


David Lowe - Competitions Administrator for:

  • National Conference League
  • Rugby League Conference
  • National Youth League


Helen Davies - Administrative Assistant

  • Monitoring of the Touchline Managers
  • Maintains the Volunteer Database
  • Provides Administration support for the National Volunteer Awards and the Young Leaders Programme


Jose Bogarim – Administrative Assistant

  • Manages the registration process in conjunction with the Regional Playing Leagues this includes: 
    • Online Player Registration System
    • Data entry of registration details
    • Production of ID cards
    • Responsible for ensuring that the department maintains an accurate record of participants on the Community Game database, this includes, players, volunteers and match officials.

Jodie White - Administrative Assistant

  • Reception
  • Co-ordinate the  Disciplinary Process for the Community Game
  • Match Official Course administration
  • Assists in the organisation of Community Game events
