Welcome to the RFL Coaching website

RFL Coaching’s objective is to develop and support coaching to improve and develop both the game and the coach – we are here to help you.

Our vision is:

“To support a strategy that is developed by coaches for coaches to meet the needs of the participant.  It will address the requirements of all coaching environments and will deliver an integrated coaching framework for Rugby League”

The RFL have recently developed the UKCC Level 4 which is now available for coaches operating at the High Performance arenas for the game and are currently asking for applications to join the programme in September 2010.  for further information please contact the Performance and Coaching department on 0113 237 5010.
